Green Is The New Black is Back

Exciting news! Green is the New Black- The Conscious Festival is making a comeback this year in October, and the first committee meeting for the event took place this week at Just Co on Robinson road. My two month internship with the organising company- The Wedge Asia revolved around the planning, organising and execution of the event, and this holistic understanding made me sign up to be a part of the committee.

The meeting involved brainstorming of ideas, opinions and feedback to form the groundwork of the festival which will be a one-day event as opposed to the last time. It was a good change to hear different suggestions and perspectives that got my mind working on something other than college assignments. The next meeting is in two weeks, more updates soon.
